Pretzel Rolls

We're past mid-week!!!

It's second interview of the week day for me today so wish me luck.

Whilst I am making the best impression I possibly can and selling myself like the best salesman there is, I leave you with another recipe. OK you have to click a link for this one, but its still a recipe!

Remember a couple of times how I've mentioned pretzel rolls? Well I made some and they were insanely good. You'll find loads of variations on Pinterest, but this is the recipe I used.

The recipe makes 12 and they only work out at 150 calories each! I think that's a decent number for home-made bread.
I didn't have any rock salt - boo! So I had to just sprinkle table salt on top. I got the same flavour, but not those lovely shiny salt crystals that we all know make a pretzel.
We used ours as a vehicle for a yummy chicken burger. It totally work - yum-o!

What do you think of my attempt?

Don't forget the 'Weigh In' link-up starts on Tuesday. If you want to co-host click here.
