Cake mix - 2 ways

I don't normally use cake mixes, but sometimes a girl wants cake and can't be bothered to measure the ingredients.
Yep, that's me, the lazy baker!
Instead of just making boring ole' chocolate brownies. Heck! What am I saying? Brownies are never boring!
I added some pizazz to my brownies, that's the word, pizazz.

Take 1 brownie mix + 1 tbsp peanut butter + 1 handful of white chocolate chips = 2 amazing brownies recipes!

1 box of brownie mix.
1 tbsp peanut butter.
2 tbsp white chocolate chips.

1. Make the brownies according to pack instructions.
2. Just before they go in the oven. Swirl the peanut butter into 1 half of the batter, and sprinkle chocolate chips on the other.

3. Bake.

So simple, satisfying and easy.
I covered mine in chocolate when they came out too, not necessary, but oh so good!

I totally should have bought two cake mixes and made a batch of each, ahhh hindsight.

I want to thank you all as well from the bottom of my heart. We made 200 followers! That's right, its over there, top of my sidebar.
When I started this I never thought anyone would read it, and having you guys is a blessing. I honestly love each and every one of you.
I can't afford to do some lavish giveaway to celebrate.
Just believe me when I say I appreciate every single one of you.

Thank You x

You had me at peanut butter. :) Brownies are another of my weaknesses. Add peanut butter and well, the ability to resist a brownie disappears. Thanks so much for sharing on Marvelous Mondays! :)
