10 Minute Tuna Burgers

They are all you'll need to make the awesome tuna burgers I had last night!

Honestly my family don't eat as much fish as they should. Its such a hassle when you come home from work and you have to skin it and prep it. Plus don't even mention the fishy smell that seems to fill the house no matter how many doors you close.

I found a recipe for tuna burgers around a month ago, using only 5 ingredients, and taking 10 minutes. Too go to be true I thought! I took the plunge yesterday and made them.
They are amazing. Like genuinely flavourful, and not a bit dry.
This is such an amazing way to get fish into your family.

Tuna Burgers

Serves - 4

Ingredients:
2 tins of tuna.
2 cloves of garlic, crushed.
2 tbsp soy sauce.
1tsp ground ginger.
1tsp Italian herb mix.

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Shape into patties.
3. Cook for 1-2 minutes each side.

Done!

I served mine with a little extra light mayo and a potato salad.

This is such a simple idea and I will have to try it - have all those things in my cupboards, so no need to buy extra things!
