If you're a follower of mine on Twitter, you'll know by now that nearly a week ago I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Reading about PCOS, lots of women say there's is aggravated by dairy. I taking the big step for better health and fertility, and cutting dairy out of my diet.
