Its only just arrived in the UK, and I was lucky enough to be one of the first people trying it in the whole of Europe!
Its brought to you by Dancestar, the same people who brought you Zumba.
Based on Polynesian hula dance, it engages you core, whilst working your bum, and legs. Call it legs, bums and tums, just 100 times better.
I thoroughly enjoyed it. My thighs were aching and burning by the end of session, and I have a feeling they will be extremely sore in the morning. No pain no gain as they say!
