I'm sure most of you have heard of this lifestyle. Well I've become extremely intrigued by it. Think about it, it all makes sense really. To make your skin, body and self purer you should eat things in their purest state.
Usually vegetarians and vegans are associated with the wholefood regime.
I've been in research mode and found that switching to whole foods looks easy enough. As you all know I am trying to loose weight and if switching to whole foods helps me, I'll do it! I have ordered Alicia Silverstone's book 'The Kind Diet' and I am so looking forward to reading it. I will definitely do a review when I've finished it.
